Shelly Rood

With over 13 years of experience in the private and military sectors, Shelly leads from the front with a deep routed passion to help others. A self-described "retired gymnast", her love for proper foundational movements is reflected through training that specializes in functional movement, in both one-on-one and small group settings. Let's not forget about the importance of looking good- Shelly also competed at the bikini level as a former athlete of the South Carolina National Physique Committee. She currently serves as the Director of Fitness & Personal Training at Pivotal Fitness Charleston, the largest health club in South Carolina.
Von Reagan“Only one perfect person ever walked the Earth, Jesus Christ.”
Von has over 13 years of individual and group Personal Training Experience from a wide variety of sources. Growing up in Gatlinburg, TN, he started in the fitness industry as a Ski Instructor. Von is an avid runner who has raced in many events, including 9 regular Marathons and 6 Ultra Marathons. Running is his specialty and has worked with many runners to keep them injury free. 85% of runners will be injured annually and 82% of runners run on their heels. Von trains and coaches the Pose Running Method, the only scientific method proven to improve running performance. It all starts with a simple video gait analysis then he will build the program to suit the clients’ needs from there. Alongside Shelly, Von currently serves as a Director of Training at Pivotal Fitness Charleston.
Tiffany Dennis
“Always excited to push others toward their next level of fitness.”
Raised in Mount Pleasant, SC, Tiffany lives on Daniel Island with her two boys. She has a background in gymnastics and cheerleading and loves running and boxing. Tiffany currently teaches Body Pump, CxWorx, Body Combat, Body Flow, and Tred & Shed. In addition to Les Mills certifications, she has been certified by Body Training Systems and completed training for Werq. She is passionate, enthusiastic, and excited to be in our clubs and pushing Members to the next level of fitness. Her true love is being in the fitness studio, moving to awesome music, and creating exercise magic for everyone in the room. Tiffany currently serves as the Group Fitness Director at Pivotal Fitness Charleston, alongside Shelly & Von.
